About the Opportunity

A growing professional services firm in the financial services industry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in financial transactions, title processing, or financial documentation who enjoys working in a collaborative, small-team environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process transactional documents for financial exchanges
  • Track and manage critical deadlines and timelines for each file
  • Communicate with clients, title companies, and third-party vendors to gather and verify information
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking systems
  • Provide administrative support to the exchange and compliance teams
  • Assist with IRS compliance and documentation standards
  • Perform general office duties including data entry, document filing, and client correspondence

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Prior experience in escrow, banking, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone and email)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment
  • Seeking long-term employment with growth potential
